Platform number one of the Dadar Railway Station will be widened by two metres, Mumbai Divisional Railway Manager, Rajnish Kumar Goyal has said. Goyal further said that a plan to install escalators is also in the making. "A comprehensive master plan of the station has been prepared to create more space for passengers...the plan requires certain mandatory approvals," he added.
