Bengaluru-based daily commute startup ZipGo has acquired a 100% stake in Pune-based transport provider Supreme Trans Concept, the company said. "This is our first acquisition, and a very sizeable one at that," ZipGo's Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Pritesh Gupta said. Founded in 2015, ZipGo facilitates office commute and offers app-based intra as well as inter-city bus services.
