Punjab on Monday announced a daily lockdown from 6 pm to 5 am till further notice in view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation. A weekend lockdown from Friday 6 pm to Monday 5 am has also been announced. "Urge you all to stay at home & step out only if absolutely necessary," Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh tweeted.
