Aamir Khan's film Dangal has become the highest grossing Indian film in China, after earning ₹148.67 crore within a week of its release. The film beat PK, which was the first Indian film to earn over ₹100 crore in China. Notably, Dangal also currently holds the first position at the Chinese box-office, ahead of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2.
