Dark chocolate, tea and grapes may lower blood pressure: Study

A University of Surrey study found that flavanol-rich foods like dark chocolate, tea, grapes, and apples may help lower high blood pressure and improve heart health. Analysing 145 trials, researchers noted effects comparable to some hypertension drugs. Flavan-3-ols also boost blood vessel function, offering broader cardiovascular benefits.
