Replying to an RTI query on when ₹15 lakh will be deposited in every citizen's bank account as promised by PM Narendra Modi, the PMO said the date cannot be considered "information" under RTI act. During his 2014 elections campaign, PM Modi promised to bring back black money from abroad and give ₹15 lakh from it to every citizen.
