Election Commission has announced the new phase of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists. The revision will first take place in Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Kerala, Lakshadweep, MP, Rajasthan and UP. House to house enumeration phase will take place from November 4-December 4. Draft will be published on December 9.
