Pakistan envoy Abdul Basit on Saturday said underworld don Dawood Ibrahim could not be handed over to India as "he is not in Pakistan," and his whereabouts are unknown. Notably, an Indian​ media channel last month claimed to have found Dawood's location in Pakistan. Furthermore, Home Minister Rajnath Singh had said Dawood would be caught and brought to India soon.
