Dawood Ibrahim's former lawyer Shyam Keswani on Friday claimed that the don had offered to 'surrender' to Indian agencies a few years ago. "Dawood wanted same treatment that is being given to Chhota Rajan now," Keswani said referring to Rajan being held in Delhi instead of Mumbai's Arthur Road jail. Dawood was reportedly even willing to face trial in India.
