DC only team to bid for 40-yr-old Faf Du Plessis, sold for ₹2 cr
Delhi Capitals (DC) was the only team who bid for 40-year-old batter Faf Du Plessis in IPL 2025 auction which is taking place in Saudi Arabia. Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) did not use RTM card for Du Plessis who entered the auction at the base price of ₹2 crore. Du Plessis led RCB to playoffs in IPL 2024.
