The Delhi Development Authority has launched a housing scheme offering a total of 741 two-BHK flats on first-come-first-serve basis in East Delhi. The registrations will begin on January 8 with a one-time registration fee of ₹2,500. The booking amount for each flat shall be ₹4 lakh. There shall be no restriction on the number of flats under Retail category.
