Deadline for filing ITR in J&K extended to Sep 30
The last date for filing Income Tax returns for taxpayers in Jammu and Kashmir was again extended to September 30 by the government on Friday, due to the "dislocation of general life" in the Valley amid the ongoing turmoil. The date for filing IT returns in the state was extended to August 31, from the previous deadline of July 31.
