Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to deal sternly with crimes against women to instil fear in the minds of potential offenders, according to a press release. The directives have come in the wake of the two crimes, a girl murdered in Anantapur and the alleged gang rape of a minor girl in Sri Sathyasai district.
