US Secretary of State Marco Rubio equated dealing with Hamas to dealing with "killers, savages, and terrorists." Rubio further praised the coalition of Arab nations brought together by US President Donald Trump for ending the war between Israel and Hamas. He had earlier claimed that the deal with Hamas to secure the release of Israeli hostages is "90% done".
