The death of a Texas airport worker who was 'ingested' into a jet engine on Friday has been ruled as suicide, officials said Monday. While the National Transportation Safety Board initially launched an investigation into the incident, it was halted and a spokesperson said, "There were no operational safety issues with either the plane or the airport."
