The death toll from a 7.2-magnitude earthquake that struck Haiti over the weekend has risen to 2,189, the Caribbean nation's civil protection agency said. Over 12,260 people have been injured and 332 people are reported missing, according to the agency. Tens of thousands of homes have been destroyed in the country, which was still recovering from the 2010 earthquake.
