BCCI Secretary Devajit Saikia told India Today that the board is "deeply concerned" about India’s performance following their series defeat against England. He added that the BCCI would hold a review with the captain and coach after the series to understand "what is going wrong". Saikia said the board would rectify the problems soon to help India regain their stature.
