A defamation case has been filed against former Team India captain MS Dhoni in Delhi High Court by his former business partner Mihir Diwakar and Diwakar's wife Soumya Das. The suit alleges Dhoni and people acting on his behalf made defamatory allegations against Diwakar and Soumya that they cheated Dhoni of ₹15 crore by not honouring contract to establish academies.
