The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has issued a resolution condemning the remarks made by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey against the judiciary. "This statement isn't only defamatory but also amounts to contempt of the Supreme Court. This attack...is unacceptable," it said. Dubey had recently said that the Supreme Court is the only one responsible for inciting religious wars in India.
