National carrier Air India, which has not paid salaries to its employees for July, on Friday said the delay is due to reasons beyond the management's control. The airline added that it's making "all efforts" to disburse them by next week. This is the fifth consecutive month that Air India has failed to pay salaries to its employees on time.
