Delhi minister Ashish Sood blamed both residents and neighbouring states for post-Diwali pollution spike after AQI hit "severe" levels. He said, "Only firecrackers aren't responsible for pollution...people should have followed Supreme Court's order to burst crackers before 10 pm." He added that "many factors determine pollution levels here, and adjacent states also have role to play".
