Delhi Airport is gearing up to test an advanced fog forecasting technology that can predict dense fog well in advance. This new system aims to help airlines and passengers plan better and reduce disruptions during the chilly months ahead. Called the Winter Fog Experiment (WiFEX), this Indian field campaign is aimed at improving fog prediction over northern India.
