Delhi announces Winter Action Plan to tackle air pollution

Delhi has announced a Winter Action Plan to tackle air pollution from November 1 to February 28. Measures include a 'No PUC, No Fuel' policy, restrictions on non-BS-VI vehicles entering the city, construction dust monitoring, staggered office timings and 50% work-from-home arrangements. The plan also promotes public transport and carpooling.
