Delhi bans entry of outside-registered vehicles not meeting BS-VI standards from Nov 1

Delhi government has announced that from November 1, all petrol and diesel vehicles registered outside Delhi that don't meet BS-VI emission standards will be barred from entering the capital. CNG and electric vehicles will be exempted. It will also begin a 'No PUCC, No Fuel' enforcement campaign at petrol pumps equipped with automatic number plate recognition systems from October 1.
