Bar Council of Delhi has demanded the immediate release of Sharmishta Panoli, a law student and influencer arrested by the Kolkata Police for her alleged communal remarks. The council's chairman said, "The Bar Council of Delhi...condemns the arrest of Sharmishta Panoli...by the West Bengal Police, over a social media video, despite the fact that she immediately deleted it and apologised."
