Dr Umar Nabi, the suicide bomber behind the Delhi car blast, was in Jammu & Kashmir days before the incident and had reportedly asked his brother to "dump" his phone in water if any news about him surfaced. His brother Zahoor Illahi made these revelations to the police after initially pretending not to know anything, PTI reported.
