Delhi suicide bomber Dr Umar Nabi assembled the bomb inside his car in the Red Fort parking area before the blast, NDTV reported. Umar, who was in the parking area for more than three hours, reportedly left the parking area as soon as he assembled the explosives and caused the blast. Two co-conspirators of Umar have been arrested.
