AAP leaders garlanded CM Arvind Kejriwal and offered him sweets at Delhi Secretariat after Supreme Court ruled in favour of the Delhi government over control of administrative services. "Grand welcome after the grand victory," AAP tweeted as it shared video of Kejriwal being garlanded. A video also showed AAP workers dancing, bursting firecrackers and eating sweets to celebrate the verdict.
