Delhi CM Rekha Gupta conducted a surprise inspection at Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital, reviewing patient care, doctor availability, and overcrowding in OPD services. She flagged shortcomings and was reportedly seen reprimanding a doctor. Reacting to this, Congress leader Supriya Shrinate criticised her, saying, “To disrespect a senior doctor before his entire staff...is the worst thing that she can do.”
