The Delhi government has released a draft Startup Policy 2025 aiming to support 5,000 startups by 2035 and position the city as a global innovation hub. The policy proposes a ₹200 crore venture capital fund, rental and patent reimbursements, financial aid, incubation support, and sectoral focus on emerging technologies, with special provisions to promote women entrepreneurship.
