Delhi dairy told to refund ₹170, pay ₹2,500 compensation

A Delhi commission has ordered Sanjeevani Dairy Farms to refund ₹170 retained in a customer’s app wallet after he stopped milk deliveries over alleged poor quality. The dairy must also pay 6% annual interest and ₹2,500 for mental harassment, agony and litigation expenses. The commission gave the company 45 days to comply, failing which additional interest will apply.
