Delhi destroys 7,000 kg unhygienic khoya ahead of Diwali

Delhi's Food Safety Department seized and destroyed nearly 7,000 kg of unhygienic khoya at Mori Gate Market on November 3, its fourth operation there. CM Rekha Gupta inspected the crackdown. Of 44 samples tested on-site, 35 failed preliminary checks. Total khoya destroyed this festive season now stands at 10,660 kg.
