An elderly couple moved Supreme Court seeking removal of a stray dog from near their house in Delhi. They alleged the dog bit six people in last three months, including an eight-year-old child and a 70-year-old man. The civic body caught the dog on October 22 but released it eight days later, after which it allegedly bit two more people.
