Delhi finds hygiene lapses at sweet shops before festive season

Delhi's Food Safety Department inspected sweet shops ahead of the festive season, finding insects, pest activity, food handled without gloves, missing FSSAI licences, and improper labelling. Samples of khoya, barfi, laddoos and other items were collected from Chandni Chowk, Narela, Naraina and Okhla for lab testing. CM Rekha Gupta said public health will not be compromised.
