AAP government will waive water arrears of those with functional water meters at their homes, CM Arvind Kejriwal announced on Tuesday and added that 13.5 lakh people owe dues. "For different levels of housing, there's...waiver of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%," he said. The scheme will be open till November 30 and bills till March 31, 2019 will be waived.
