The Delhi government informed the Supreme Court on Monday that it would implement the new law regulating private school fees in Delhi from the 2026-27 academic year. This comes after the Supreme Court had earlier said that the government should not implement the law that was notified in December 2025 retrospectively in the 2025-26 session.
