The Delhi High Court directed SpiceJet to submit details of its assets in a sealed cover within three weeks in a payment dispute with France-based Sunbird France 02 SAS. The order came during proceedings to enforce a foreign decree passed by the England & Wales Commercial Court. The lessor is seeking over ₹70 crore in unpaid lease dues.
