The Delhi High Court dismissed a plea by actress Celina Jaitly seeking help to meet her brother, Major (Retd) Vikrant Jaitly, who's currently detained in the United Arab Emirates. Vikrant declined legal aid and communication, saying he would act only after consulting wife, Charul Jaitly. The court instructed authorities to keep assisting him and closed the petition after his refusal.
