Delhi High Court has moved contempt proceedings against 'Chhapaak' director Meghna Gulzar and Fox Star Studios for violating court's direction to give credit to acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal's advocate Aparna Bhat. 'Chhapaak' makers told the court on Monday that they didn't give credit to Bhat in international releases as they thought it only had to be done domestically.
