The Delhi High Court on Friday refused to order immediate restoration of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP)'s X account. The court stated that content on the page appeared "slightly offensive". CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke had challenged Centre's decision to block party's X handle. The court has sought responses from Centre and X and listed the matter for hearing on July 7.
