Delhi High Court recently dismissed a plea challenging SEBI's regulatory approval granted to the long-pending IPO of the National Stock Exchange (NSE). HC said that both SEBI and NSE are in Mumbai, therefore, a petition against them is not maintainable in Delhi. The petitioner said SEBI had not adequately examined alleged unlawful debits and transactions carried out on NSE's platform.
