Delhi High Court said Sonam Wangchuk need not be shifted out of Safdarjung Hospital after his wife Gitanjali Angmo filed a plea seeking permission to immediately shift him to a private facility instead. The court sought his health's status report in three days. The court also observed that the government was within its right to take him to a hospital.
