The Delhi High Court has restrained the Hotelier Welfare Association from issuing any notices to hoteliers and service providers seeking to boycott or ban OYO Rooms. The court said it appeared the association was pushing others to act in breach of their contract with OYO, which would be prima facie illegal. The matter will be heard next in August.
