Delhi HC restrains misuse of Tabu's identity; orders removal of 150 URLs

The Delhi High Court has granted actress Tabu interim protection against the unauthorised use of her name, image, voice and other personality rights online. The order also covers misuse through AI, deepfakes, face morphing and other digital technologies. The court further directed the removal of over 150 URLs across various platforms.
