The Delhi High Court has restrained the makers of NIC Natural Ice Creams from using 'Natural' or 'Naturals' or 'NIC Natural Ice Creams' and 'NIC' or any other mark deceptively similar to the trademarks of the original Naturals Ice Cream. Naturals Ice Cream belongs to Raghunandan Kamath-promoted firms Siddhant Icecreams LLP and Kamaths Ourtimes Icecreams, who are the plaintiffs.
