Agreeing with the pharmaceutical companies, the Delhi High Court on Thursday set aside the Centre's ban on 344 fixed dose combination (FDC) drugs. The companies had filed over 454 petitions challenging the ban. Notably, the government had notified the decision to ban 344 FDC medicines, including brands like Corex cough syrup, Vicks Action 500 and D'Cold, in March this year.
