Delhi HC summons Sudhir Chaudhary over defamation case by CJP volunteer

Delhi High Court summoned journalist Sudhir Chaudhary over a defamation case filed by Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) volunteer Vijay Sherawat. Sherawat alleged Chaudhary wrongly identified him as the person raising the slogan "Parliament will be uprooted" while calling him "anti-national". "Falsely identifying our volunteer...is deeply irresponsible and unacceptable," CJP's legal affairs head said.
