The Delhi High Court has protected ex-India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh's personality rights, restraining third parties from unauthorised use of his identity for commercial or personal gain, including the creation of deepfake content. The interim order covers his name, nickname 'Yuvi', image, voice, and other personality attributes. The court said the violators must be "dealt with a heavy hand".
