An Additional Session Judge at Delhi's Patiala House Court recently held a hearing at 3 am at her residence to remand an accused in a money-laundering case to the custody of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The ED stated that the hearing was requested at the odd hour due to the 24-hour deadline of producing the accused before a court.
