Delhi launches PM Surya Ghar portal for free solar power

Delhi CM Rekha Gupta launched the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana portal, enabling residents to register for free rooftop solar installation up to 3 kW. The government will bear full installation costs for 2.25 lakh homes. Households can earn ₹293–₹2,400 monthly by selling surplus energy back to the grid.
